TYPE OF HOME NEEDED

An urgent foster is required for Herbie.  Sadly he does have a bite history which is why we are asking for a child and pet free foster for him. 

HERBIE’S HISTORY

He has been assessed for us and whilst he is a very affectionate dog, he needs some work on discipline and boundaries and would need someone with breed experience who will be prepared to work with him.  Our behaviourist will put a plan in place for him and if it is felt that he needs more face to face training, we will arrange that for him as well.

All his costs will be met and we will set up a vet account at the practice of your choosing so that there are no worries about treatment for Herbie

Can you offer one of our dogs a home?

We are looking for foster families and adoptive families.

A home check will be required, along with an adoption donation of between £200 to £500 which helps to contribute to kennel fees, vaccinations, microchipping, spay/neutering, flea/worming treatment and other veterinary costs. This adoption fee will contribute to the care of all our dogs.  Your case handler will advise the cost of each dog

Please have a read of our adoption process  so you can prepare for how we will work with you and the possible dog. We also offer help and support for you both in the future with our behaviourists, Lisa & Amanda
