Duke joined our family on 10 August 2023 when he ‘emigrated’ from Colchester to south Wales!

We renamed Duke as Bulak. My husband is Timorese and his name means Crazy is Timorese. I think this sums him up!!

He joined his two fur brothers Blake (Spaniel Aid) and Bas (Sprocker Assist). Blake is the elder of the family so is not really up for playing, so Bas became his best friend and they play fight often each day. He also has a young fur lady friend in the village called Ruby who comes to stay/play – she’s a cocker poo and the same age, so there is lots of attention and she joins us often for walks (runs).

Living in rural Wales means lots of open spaces – the orchards lower down the village means an exciting trip in the Landy before a free run over hundreds of acres of orchards. They are full of apples just now which replace his tennis balls (daddy confiscated them as they make him crazy) and pheasants which he helps to chase with Bas.

Life is good and he’s adored by all who meet him, even though he can be a little terror at times..
